No Emergency Services

Vertex Virtual Healthcare is not an emergency service provider. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

Telehealth Acknowledgment

By using our services, you acknowledge that care is delivered via electronic communications and telehealth technology. Telehealth has inherent limitations compared to in-person visits, including the inability to perform a physical examination. If an in-person evaluation is needed, you will be directed to seek appropriate care.

No Guarantee of Treatment

Scheduling a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription or treatment plan will be provided. All clinical decisions, including whether to prescribe medication, are made at the sole discretion of the treating provider based on medical appropriateness.

Patient Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical history, current medications, and health information. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the safety and effectiveness of your care.

Payment Terms

Vertex Virtual Healthcare operates as a cash-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service. We do not bill insurance.

Refund Policy

All compounded medications are non-refundable once dispensed. Membership fees and consultation fees are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Services are provided to patients located in Nebraska and Iowa.
