Eligibility & Service Area

Vertex Virtual Healthcare provides telehealth services to patients who are physically located in Nebraska or Iowa at the time of their appointment. You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services.

Not for Emergencies

Vertex Virtual Healthcare does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, suicidal thoughts, severe allergic reactions, or any other medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Messages sent through our website or patient portal are not continuously monitored and should not be used for urgent concerns.

Telehealth Notice

Appointments are conducted via secure audio/video telehealth. Telehealth has limitations compared to an in-person examination. If it is determined that an in-person evaluation or emergency care is required, you will be directed to seek appropriate in-person services.
